disequilibrium (2021)

JavaScriptを用いたWebアートに新たに「音」と「色」の要素を加えた。プレイヤーの発する声が一定量を超えると表示されている絵が変化し、フラストレーションを連想させる音が鳴り続ける。

 

その結果、クラスメイトたちから、”Make a Coffee with the Servo Motor”と比べて、より「苛立ち」や「不安」を作品から感じ取ることが可能になり、実空間にいながらもWeb空間を通して、コロナ禍で経験した不安と繋げることができたというフィードバックを得た。

Add an Auditory Element to the Web-Based Work

A new element of "sound" added to Web art with JavaScript. When the player's voice exceeds a certain amount, the displayed picture changes and a sound evoking frustration continues to play.

 

By adding sound, Sophomore Seminar classmates commented that they could sense more "frustration" and "anxiety" in the work than in other Web Art. They also commented that they were able to connect with the anxiety they experienced at the pandemic through this web space, even though they were in a real space.
