抽象的な形で観衆の想像力を刺激する。
可愛らしいデザインとゆっくりとした動きをもって小さい子供の心を穏やかにさせるベッドメリーに着想し、鳥と人間を抽象的に表現した球体をピンチハンガーで吊るした。抽象的なデザインを使用することで、具象的なものよりも観衆が作品を注意深く観察したので、彼らは作品を自分なりに解釈することができた。
Abstract Forms Stimulate People’s Imaginations
I have been living with budgies since I was seven. Having lived with birds for most of my life, I can say that they are my closest companions that mitigate my worries and anxieties. When I left for college, I could no longer see my birds at home. However, it was the pigeons, birds that are abundant in American cities, that connected me to the city of Chicago and gave me comfort and peace in the new location.
